Claims:
The building which is mostly reconstructed and
added to, has a multiple of claims. In the mechanical trench a
worker was sent running not to return. There were 3 names
associated with the building Charlie a former projectionist Ann
a small girl with a dog and Mike, this is the one they called
the dark one. Charlie was confirmed to have actually existed.
Mike makes life hard for some, it has been said.
Investigation Notes:
The team arrived pretty late in the eve, The
location is an est 30,000 sq feet so a challenge to set up. All
in all, due to the advanced HVAC system and new wiring there
were no spikes or spots of interest in the base reads. The team
was split into two. There were some shadows that were seen, some
noises were made and voices heard. These could be chalked up to
something physical. We were waiting for the smell of popcorn
which is associated with the spirit life there, no such thing.
All in all a very interesting and smooth investigation seemed to
yield very little in the way of experience. That was until we
went over the audio files. We had a number of hits most of which
we reduced for presentation value, unaugmented they remain.
Under voice analysis as well as accounting for what relation
they say to what we are doing, these are in our opinion
authentic, if not even for your own discernment.
Summary and Verdict:
Very cool location, and the hosts Scott and Chad were amazing to work with. They became a part of the team that night in all ways. We'd love to go back with more sleep. The EVP I would conclude to be authentic based off their relevance and db level etc etc. I would contend that the "Mike" was responsible for the intelligent direct answer and Ann for all intents and purposes seemed to fit the bill with the others as a child responsive residual. No sign of Charlie but that doesn't mean he's not there. Activity present.
PPS:
Prior to activity and sitting with the client to find the names associated with the building I had sent Dan to take some site shots. The other team members did not know this, the ovulus (sp) that was present had the comments that Ann could tell Dan the shots with a few words after that were innocuous. No verdict based on that but I did find that interesting and would like to play with the "toy" again.
