Investigation Notes:

Base reads as normal in the previous were expected highs where the power was the greatest. During the investigation there was little activity. One of the rooms the lights turned off when they are set to on all the time, and there were some noises to what we believe sounded voice like coming from the house, when we were on the balcony. EVP results came from the lower section of the theatre and the balcony this time.
 

Summary and Verdict:

We had previously come to the conclusion that there was some form of activity at the Capitol.
