Aug 2010 CHAPS was called to a home in Chatham, a pleasant older family had sightings of a ghost in the hallway and a little girl that kisses her mirror at night. They were not scared by the spirit activity but wanted it identified. A medium was brought in under the client request, once the medium began to speak of the clients family member, and members, there were voiced EVP over his own, and the solo that eve had related EVP. The other specifics of the evening were stable

Verdict: We believe possibly a visiting responsive spirit, or other but not resident. House is not haunted per se just occasionally more active.
