Investigation:
CHAPS was called to a small town in Northern Ontario, there were shadow people being seen. All the normal readings came clear and a full investigation was done. At one point the floor vibrated, the team was not sure what mitigating circumstances may have caused that but in the end the team came up clean for evidence.
